Better Together: TLC x BBBS Mentorship

This spring, The Lemonade Circle took a major step forward in our mission to empower young women of color. By partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Texas to bring even more mentorship, support, and sisterhood to our Lemonade Girls.

On May 31st, we hosted a Mentor Info Session, welcoming passionate women who believe in showing up, leading with love, and being a consistent presence in a young girl's life.

The session provided attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how the BBBS mentorship model works, what training and support are available, and what we're looking for in a TLC-aligned mentor. 

Because at The Lemonade Circle, mentorship isn't just about guidance; it's about empowerment, representation, and walking alongside our girls as they grow into the leaders they're meant to be.

This partnership blends Big Brothers Big Sisters' trusted mentorship process with TLC's heart-led mission to uplift and inspire. Together, we're creating safe, transformative spaces where our girls can thrive.
